Description

Sweet, festive, and filled with flavor—these Christmas stuffed dates are the ultimate easy holiday treat. Perfect for parties or cozy nights in!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 large Medjool dates (pitted and split lengthwise)
  • 4 oz goat cheese (softened at room temperature)
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup chopped walnuts (lightly toasted for extra flavor)
  • Hot honey for drizzling (Mike’s Hot Honey recommended)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional, for a little extra kick)

Instructions

  1. Cut the Medjool dates in half lengthwise and remove the pits.
  2. Open each date half and fill the cavity with goat cheese.
  3. Gently press a walnut into the goat cheese of each date.
  4. Drizzle hot honey over the stuffed dates for sweetness.
  5. Sprinkle red pepper flakes or Aleppo pepper on top if desired.
  6. Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy!

Notes

For a festive twist, try using flavored goat cheese or substituting the walnuts with pecans or almonds. Best served fresh, but can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
